It took me about a week to import the AVI into iMovie and encode over and over again to find the best settings for it to look good on sites like Viddler. Sadly I am still looking in making it look better. But, I decided to pick the best up and run with it. If anyone out their knows how I can transcode the video better let me know. The videos I will be doing from my desk should look alot better because I found a solution for WMV to m4v and they look good online.
